Life Lately

It's been almost three years since I've posted regularly.  Little Archie hasn't even been introduced here yet.  A lot of life has happened...we now have Archie, Charlie's little brother and best friend (who will be two in two weeks-how?!), we moved to a new city to pursue Chaz's dream of teaching and coaching at his alma mater, we sold a home by ourselves, bought a house two blocks from school and our church, and we're four classes into getting our Master's together. I guess it makes sense that I haven't posted much.  Life has been a little busy.   But suddenly I'm reinvigorated to share life here.  I am a terrible scrapbooker, I haven't printed photos in three years, and Archie's baby book is bare.  So maybe, just maybe, I can keep an online account somewhere so my children (and me!) have something to look back on and remember their younger years.  I want to rededicate myself to growing in holiness and pursuing Heaven with my family.  I want to share some house projects because the before and after photos motivate me to try new ones.  I'd like to exercise again (just haven't found time yet), and simplify things like my closet and the toy box.  Maybe I'll even share some favorite recipes.  I really don't know what this space will be yet, but hopefully it will evolve on it's own.  In some ways it feels like keeping a blog might hold me accountable to some of my dreams, hopes, and desires.  So however this turns out, I guess it's time to say, "here we go again!"
